Deep plum red colour. Dark fruits and spicy, subtle oak aromas are a prelude to the fine textured, balanced palate. Flavours of raspberry and chocolate with a subtle toasty finish.

The wine has been aged for 18 months in French oak 50% new and 50% used. It exhibits lovely rich aromas of redcurrants, dried herbs, and spicy oak on the nose with fleshy red berry flavours and briary undertones.

Light gold, with a lime green hue. Aromas of citrus, stone fruit, cardamom and almonds; with creamy, toasty oak in the background. The palate is nicely balanced between fine, citrus acidity and the full flavours of crème Brule and vanilla.

Full rich colour of roses and cherries with a bouquet of berries and hints, of floral notes. The palate is intense with flavours of strawberries and raspberries, finishing with a full rich palate with a very fine balance.

Clear, pale golden colour with green hues. Herbaceous aromas with grassy herbal influences blend with attractive tropical fruit on the nose. Juicy tropical and gooseberry fruit flavours on the palate with lingering soft acidity.

Vibrant purple/red hues. Attractive, spicy, raspberry, tar and blackcurrant fruit aromas. The palate has flavours of berry fruits and dark chocolate, with a firm finish.
