Mount Canobolas wines were the featured star of this episode of Costa's Garden Odyssey on SBS. Costa explored Orange to understand why this region is gaining a reputation for growing some of the finest wines in Australia. This merlot is a deep red colour with ripe plum characteristics, soft spicy fruitiness and vanillin oak overtones on the nose. The palate is well rounded, medium bodied and bursting with ripe berries and succulent flavour.
