Fresh and fruity - Barking Mad Rosé is a perfect summer wine.
Using a blend of hand picked Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese fruit from the St Clare Vineyard, the juice was extracted using 50% free juice run only resulting in a light delicate wine. It has prominent berry fruit flavours which are enhanced by sweet spices and has a refreshing dry finish.
