The right balance between Shiraz and Sangiovese was key in making this wine where both varieties can be seen and heard. Fragrant aromas of plum, spice and red cherries also appear on the palate alongside hints of tar and anise. The wine is medium bodied, rich and vibrant with a grippy savoury finish that begs to be enjoyed with food.
