Mount Canobolas wines were the featured star of this episode of Costa's Garden Odyssey on SBS. Costa explored Orange to understand why this region is gaining a reputation for growing some of the finest wines in Australia. Deeply coloured, and with a lifted minty cassis and grassy like fruit aroma, the wine is further enhanced by integrated fine grain soft tannins. It has sweet fruit on the middle palate with great length and complexity and a crisp acid finish. Typical of cold climate wines.
