Smooth wine with lots of dark fruits true to its Italian origins. The wine has been aged in seasoned French and American oak.

This wine has been aged for 10 months in new and old French and American oak; it is a medium bodied wine with lovely vibrant purple hues.

The wine exhibits red capsicum, cassis and berry aromas with lingering chocolate and spicy fruit flavours. Matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak contributes to the soft tannins.

The 2009 Paul Bettio Chardonnay is a medium dry style with gentle stone fruit characters - hints of peach, honeydew and banana tones. A fresh, delicate wine designed to be consumed as a youngster and made without the influence of oak.

Paul Bettio’s second vintage of this Italian varietal produced a small volume of excellent quality fruit, true to its varietal origins; enhanced by cold fermentation to maintain the fresh, clean fruit flavours.

A crisp and stylish dry white, gentle passionfruit and lychee aromas are followed by hints of snow pea on a clean, refreshing, medium bodied palate.

Careful blending of the two wines is designed to create a balanced style to complement both varietals. A gentle aromatic style with citrus fruit flavours and a lovely clean bouquet with light tropical overtones; a fresh, crisp medium dry wine.

Deliciously dry red, with intense flavours of blackberries and blackcurrant, complemented with a hint of vanilla.
