Harvested by hand on March 27, open fermented and then barrel matured in new small French oak barriques, this single origin, premium wine style shows exceptional purity of fruit with flavours of blackcurrant and cassis, balanced by soft tannins and a lingering finish.
For the patient few, this wine will continue to develop with careful cellaring for 10+ years.
