This wine has been proudly handmade by Sedona Estate from premium Yarra Valley fruit sourced from one of the top vineyards in the region. Harvested by hand on March 11, this wine was whole bunch pressed then partial barrel fermented prior to undergoing a monthly batonnage. This classic Chardonnay shows pure varietal flavour and delivers a crisp full flavoured wine.
