The 2010 Sangiovese was hand harvested on March 21, open fermented and matured for 21 months in small French oak casks, delivering aromas of vanilla bean and blueberries. The palate is a balance of briar fruits and liquorice with textured layers of natural tannins and spice giving it a great length of flavour.
