The favorite and best-selling herbal liqueur on the Croatian market now has a special winter edition, Badel Pelinkovac Winter.

For the first time in its 160-year long history, the iconic Pelinkovac is enriched with spices that symbolize winter. The winter edition of Pelinkovac is a unique blend of well-known Mediterranean herbs with dominant wormwood and distinctive holiday spices: cinnamon, cloves and bourbon vanilla. The popular winter taste notes are accompanied by an original design, with the iconic bottle for the series painted in a snow white color using ceramic technique. Also, in order to complete the winter look, its label is in deep blue color enriched with golden details and delicate white snowflakes.

Pelinkovac Winter can be served both as a cold and warm drink. The preparation is very simple; equal parts of Winter and water are heated, a teaspoon of honey is mixed in and poured into a cup. Then a few cloves, cinnamon and finally a thin green apple slice are added. In the classic serving, Pelinkovac Winter is served cooled to 8°C, without adding ice and decorated with a slice of green apple.
