Anisette is a fine, sweet liqueur which was produced as early as the fifties by Caffo. It is still being distilled today in an ancient, copper, alembic using seeds and the tops of two varieties of anise, blended with rare spices, which give an unbeatable aroma.

Best consumed at room temperature.
