Cofield Essence Chardonnay is a modern style of Chardonnay showing balance and subtle oak influence.

Pale, white gold in colour. It has aromas of fresh, juicy fruit flavours of peach, melon and honeydew with a delicate oak influence. The palate is soft and creamy with a full bodied texture, balanced and excellent length.

Serve chilled with Thai fish cakes, salt and pepper calamari, or a simple heirloom tomato and burrata salad.
