This Heathcote Shiraz wine develops complexity and style as you drink and sniff.

Vibrantly brick-red coloured, this wine contains two palates with black cherry, blackberry, plum, and white pepper aromas.

The medium bodied palate is focused and balanced where the fresh plum and blackberry fruit flavours are interlaced with a fine tannin structure, while the rich savoury mid palate is supported by aromas of integrated oak.

What other flavours does the Heathcote Shiraz have?

Being as versatile as red wines often can get, you can also experience further notes of different herbs and fruits.

Mushroom and caramel are just two other flavours that tickle our palate. These powerful flavours may be due to its amalgamation of oak, black fruits, and white pepper.

Where is Heathcote Shiraz from?

Heathcote Shiraz is produced with fruit from the Conte vineyard in the heart of the Heathcote region, located between Bendigo and Seymour in Victoria’s north. This wine was barrel fermented in recent, two, and three year old French oak, and is then matured in the same oak for eighteen months.
