Introduced to its second home – South Tyrol – as early as 1850, Pinot Bianco is one of the most important white wines in St Michael-Eppan’s cellar. Schulthauser was first bottled in 1982, and is now among the most famous South Tyrollean Pinot Bianco’s. A complete wine, fresh and fruity, it seduces the palate with a its creamy softness and marked acidity.
St Michael-Eppan Pinot Bianco Schulthauser is straw yellow with a green shimmer. The nose has clean fruity notes of apple, apricot and pear. The palate is lively and balanced with a fruit-incised creaminess.
