Carefully selected fresh grapes are distilled to produce suma, which is mixed with high-quality aniseed and distilled a second time in special copper stills. The product is then matured in oak barrels to give it a smooth taste and its golden colour. Tekirdag Gold Raki may be drunk with water or straight.
