Viviani Valpolicella Classico Superiore Rosso DOC is a medium-bodied red wine whose aromas are, in a more fruity and immediate style, reminiscent of those of an Amarone. This wine is, in fact, obtained by using the traditional local practice of re-fermentation on the lees of the Amarone (ripasso).

Viviani Vineyard has also been awarded One Red Star by Gambero Rosso. Gambero Rosso awards a red star to producers that have won at least ten ‘Tre Bicchieri’ awards in 25 editions of Italian wines, signifying that they are; ‘the elite, the aristocracy. In short, the very top flight of Italian wine.’ Gambero Rosso.
