Meridie Grappa di Cirò is a specialty that encloses the history of the main DOC in Calabria, a region recognised over time as Enotria, the land of wine. This precise spirit is obtained using the best Gaglioppo pomace from grapes used to produce Cirò DOC wine.

The selection of raw materials, the slow distillation in a discontinued alembic and all the process phases, are personally supervised by the Caffo Master Distillers.
