All orders are delivered by Aramex Couriers and your signature is required to make sure that you (and no one else) receive the package. It is a requirement that the person that receives and signs the package is at least 18 years of age and we always check your ID before handing over the package.
Goods will be delivered during normal business hours. If you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a calling card. If you believe that there will be no one home to accept delivery, you can complete an Authority to Leave Form.
All orders are dispatched from I Like Wine’s Melbourne warehouse within 24 hours from order confirmation. Average delivery times by state are as follows:

I Like Wine takes no responsibility for lost orders resulting from customers not providing the correct postal address. We also do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect points.
