In Greek mythology, Panakeia was the goddess of universal remedy. She had a potion which could heal the sick – this established the concept of ‘Panacea’ in medicine as a ‘cure all’ for disease. In Indian, S.E Asian & Aztec mythology there was a belief in the ‘Moon Rabbit’, an image of which can be delineated on the moon’s surface, showing a rabbit pounding herbal remedies.

This ‘Panakeia’ is not a ‘cure-all’, but pretty close – if you’re not feeling better after the first glass, have another or invite your friends to share. Remember drink wine & Panakeia in moderation.

Garnet Red with those sweet fruits that Zinfandel bring to a wine. Wine gums, blackberry and vanilla. Medium palate with smooth tannins. Great structure and length of palate.
