Villa Sandi ‘La Rivetta’ Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG is derived from estate grown fruit from one of Villa Sandi’s best vineyards located on the sunny slopes of the Valdobbiadene hills. The grapes are gently whole pressed and cool fermented before being aged in tank on lees for 120 days after the secondary ferment. Most Prosecco is only aged on lees for a very short time. The extended time on lees and dry extra brut style give this Prosecco more nuance and depth.

The Valdobbiadene La Rivetta 120 has a brilliant straw yellow color with marked greenish glints and a fine and delicate perlage. The aroma recalls hints of Granny Smith apple, wisteria and acacia flowers. The taste is fresh and fragrant with a particularly fruity aromatic return.
