All Saints Estate Chardonnay is a lean, aromatic, fresh style of Chardonnay. Bright straw appearance with white peach, pear and some rockmelon on the nose. The palate has a zingy backbone of acidity and minerality, with a light touch of oak and lovely texture.

The occasion would be a celebratory dinner party matched to four-cheese gnocchi. The cheese would cut through the acid beautifully.
