All Saints Estate Rosa has the colour of a light pink rose petal. On the nose, it’s all strawberries and cream (as you hope), but there’s also a touch of musk and orange peel—surprisingly complex aromatics which carry through to the palate with a zesty, dry finish.

Rosa is highly versatile, but our best advice is to serve it chilled on a picnic rug with a quality baguette and artisan cheeses. Salads, light white meats, or seafood could also all work well. Or drink before food as the perfect summer aperitif.
